The Design Review Committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month.

Completed applications with required information attached must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the meeting date to be placed on the following month’s agenda.

Design Review Committee Consideration: Fences

Front and Rear Yards

Support structure of any fence must be presented toward the interior of the yard

The face of any fence must be presented away from the interior of the yard

Corner Lots or Front Yards

No fence may obstruct the view of the road from motor vehicles

May not be constructed of Chain link

Fences in a front yard must obtain DRC approval prior to being built

Rear Yards

Seven (7) feet tall or less

May be constructed of Chain link, Ornamental brick, or Wood

Price quote of project

Photo or sample of proposed material

Photo of Front Yard (if applicable)

Photo of Rear Yard (if applicable)

Design Review Committee Consideration: Exterior Paint Color

Items to provide:

Primary/Façade Paint Samples

Trim Paint Samples

Accent Paint Samples

Provide at least two (2) photos including the area of the building that will be painted. Photos must reflect the current colors of the property.
